1. Filter

2. pH value

Because aluminum is very sensitive to the pH value of the cutting fluid, it is necessary to regularly check the pH value of the aluminum alloy cutting fluid. Jiahangaero said that if any abnormality is found, it should be adjusted in time. Use PH to be controlled at 8 to 9, so as not to corrode the workpiece if the PH value is too high or to cause bacteria to proliferate in large numbers due to a too low PH value, which will affect the stability and performance of the cutting fluid.

3. Regularly add new liquid

It not only ensures the good lubrication of the cutting fluid, but also ensures the good anti-rust performance and anti-bacterial and anti-corrosion performance of the cutting fluid, so as to prolong the service life of the cutting fluid.
