As we all know, the quality of products is closely related to the quality of raw materials, so forging operators need the necessary knowledge of materials, and must be good at selecting better materials according to process requirements.

The input of materials and materials is one of the important links to improve the utilization rate of aluminum forgings and realize the refinement of blanks. Not only is too much material wasted, but bore wear and energy consumption worsen. If there is not a little surplus of raw materials, it will increase the difficulty of process adjustment and increase the waste rate. In addition, the quality of the end face of the raw material will also affect the quality of the process and forgings.

The purpose of aluminum forging is to reduce forging deformation force and improve metal plasticity. However, heating will bring a series of problems such as oxidation, decarburization, overheating, and overburning. Correctly controlling the forging start temperature and forging end temperature has a great influence on the structure and performance of the product.
